Had my puppy desexed here a week ago. Service and care was excellent .Special thanks to Dr Tim and Dr Jemima and all the beautiful and caring staff .I would highly recommend this practice for everyone that loves their fur babes.

Very rude and condescending staff at Caroline springs Vet. Mum and I were dealing with one of the receptionists when another [redacted personal identifier] rudely interrupted us telling us not to assume Vets will be readily available to Renew Garfield's prescription (my cat) and we should call ahead even though the vet had told us the medication is over the counter and he can have it for 6 months. The information was not recorded on their system and the staff were not willing to help. When I phoned up to ask to escalate poor customer service [redacted name] answered the phone was rude again on the phone and dismissive and sarcastic when I told her she interrupted us rudely earlier when we were at the Vet and she replied with "oh lovely" and sarcastically mocking me. The worst customer service experience for me in Australia to date. I am still baffled that an adult in the customer service industry can behave that way and get away with it.

The best service my cat and dog, kids as well loved the place. Front desk service very frindly, thankyou guys specially Dr Marika, God bless all.

I brought a new puppy for the first time and i had no idea where to take him, this vet is local and good easy location plus pleanty of parking,
these guys gave me heaps of advice and treated him like part of their family, it has since been 12 months and i have returned 3-4 times for needles ect.. they even send reminder notices when worming and needles are due so there is no reason to forget
these guys are great
