Absolutely love this place. My favorite local Thai restaurant. I love the green curry and coconut rice. They are quick and efficient whether it's dine in or take away.

The pad Thai beef was no other word to describe it but disgusting, it really smelled bad and the beef was so overcooked it was like trying to eat a shoe!No vegies in there at all ...I ended up throwing most of it away. I never throw out food , but this was shocking. I love my Asian and love my Thai but never again Caroline Thai!

Caroline's is my one of my favourite Thai cuisine restaurants in my area. The food is always delicious, wether it's dining in or take away. I love the prawn Fried rice with Beef in oyster sauce and veggies on the side. Huge portions, 1 dish can feed 2 people. The Tom Yum soup is fantastic and so flavoursome. You can really taste the lemongrass. The staff are always so lovely and friendly, coming over to the table and making sure everything is satisfactory. I always recommend Caroline's to anyone who wants Thai cuisine in the area. And last but not least, great value for money. 2 thumbs up!!

Yum! This place is awesome. Quick, efficient & friendly service and the food is so good. We had the coconut rice, roti with peanut sauce and the grilled thai bbq combo. Generous serves and all so good, highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful dining experience here, the food was beautiful. the staff were so friendly and accommodating to the picky needs of a couple friends - Nothing was a problem. I will go there again!

Located on main road in Caroline Springs, it attracted us to have supper there, also BYO-we had our vine with us, very tasty and delicious food, interesting display of food on the plate I had curry puff which is chicken in curry with potatoes wrapped in pastry,very unusual but I liked it, it says no MSG.

I have been trying to get my teenagers to go out for dinner with me to no avail. I bought some takeaway from here a little while back and when I mention we will be going out for tea to Caroline Thai the kids cancel their plans just to eat at this restaurant, they have taken friends and partners here too.Love the atmosphere and the food is just Devine, friendly staff and wonderful service. Recommend booking as this restaurant it is often full.

The food is amazing - the presentation is excellent, love how food comes out on boat style plates and the forks and knifes have elephants on them. The venue is roomy and well presented, staff friendly.

This is great Thai food. They have recently expanded and made the restaurant bigger with is great because it is always full.
The food is really good here. Curry puffs and the veg spring rolls are great starters, I love the soups and the BBQ mix plate is awesome. the duck salad is great and the green curry is one of the best I've had.
I love coming here and its a great place for a suburban eatery.
