sales staff were pretty good,offered us a good deal and discount,however they did not perform as well via communication and arranging an installation time through head office.
We asked for a specific installation date and then they never showed upon calling head office they told us that they though we were going to call on that date to arrange an installation time which then resulted in waiting another month to get our floors put in.
