Review is for Carpet Court Pakenham

Firstly, we spent 10k on their so-called premium carpets and the quality is unsatisfactory . It’s not just hard a rock to a point it feels uncomfortable, in 8 months, there have been to many knots to count throughout the house where we had to cut.

The workmanship, equally as poor with a lot of the sides loose as it wasn’t put on and cut properly.

To make things even worse,

When we had our whole houses carpet changed, since we were adding an additional room to our property and it would take several months to be completed, we provided a plan which showed exactly how much square we needed to carpet this new room. They ensured us that they have put it aside for us.

When the time came, they didn’t put enough and to make things even worse, they didn’t have the same carpet available.

Now we have 2 different carpets in our upstairs ruining the entire look and cheapening our house.

Thanks a lot, of the utter waste of time you have caused us and for ripping us off. I hope anyone with the right sense of mind will read this review and pay more and go anywhere but this place.

Booked carpetcall Balcatta, set a date for the install and paid in advance.
Took the day off and they never showed. I had to chase them and still they didnt follow up with me.
They advised installers were having covid shots. I asked them why they didnt schedule around this if they knew and even contact the customers impacted.

Thank you to Brian and Paul at Carpet call in Pakenham gave us good advice and help choosing carpet, floor boards and blinds for our property .

Had to replace the carpet in my 2 story house in Narre Warren North. Went into the store, met 2 gentleman by the name of Paul and Antoine. Great service, great price, was absolutely surprised with the knowledge of both men. Great experience, will recommend to family and friends.

Had to get some carpet replaced - Phoned Carpet Call and they came out to measure and quote within 2-3 hours. They came to lay the carpet exactly when they said they would and I wasn't messed around by them at all
