Very poor business ethics and practices. Despite agreeing to credit the difference between what was originally estimated and what was actually installed (agreed prior to signing of contract), State Management over-rode and stopped the money (~$500) from being refunded "because it's their money now". Incredibly arrogant and uncooperative with unscrupulous business ethics. BEWARE!
