Worst service I have ever experienced from any business.

Firstly, Over measured my area so paid for more than 10% extra hard flooring (5 boxes) that are going to be sitting around.

Secondly, they didn't return any of my phone calls or follow through on what they said they were going to do. After I finally got to speak with the Manager (after 4 phone calls to them) he was going to send me an invoice that afternoon for me to pay the following day to have the product delivered by the end of the week. I didn't receive the invoice. I then walked into the store the next day to place the order, only to be told that the product I was told they had, they didn't actually have and it was discontinued. So I couldn't place my order that afternoon because it had to change. I returned the following day to place the order and pay for it, and the Manager told me it would arrive at the West Gosford store Monday. I didn't hear from them so called on Tuesday to make sure it was there. West Gosford told me the product wasn't ordered, they ween't expecting it. I spoke to the State Manager who guaranteed delivery on the Friday, so I arrange the trade for the following day. That Friday I called to confirm it arrived for me to pick it up, it didn't. After a few more phone calls that Friday I was told (by West Gosford) the Tuggerah Store would deliver it first thing the following morning before the trade arrives. Saturday morning I called Tuggerah to confirm delivery time and the Manager at Tuggerah had NO IDEA that they had to collect the product from West Gosford and deliver it to me.

Whilst they did arrange for the product to be delivered an hour or so later, I was stuck paying for a trade to sit around and do nothing whilst the product was being delivered.

I called the State Manager, left a message and, surprise, he didn't call me back.

Extremely poor customer service. Would not recommend this company at all, no one was taking any kind of responsibility for these issues they kept throwing blame on each other. The product is comparable with other businesses, so save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
