Under no circumstances should anyone use this store for purchase or installation of carpet. There is no regard for quality service, installation is very poor and no regard for customer satisfaction. Spend your time and money wisely and go elsewhere. After they have your money and have done the installation they will wipe their hands of you and go about it in the rudest way possible. Stay away

I will most certainly never recommend this place after our experience we had today. The salesperson was pushy and spoke down to us. Unwilling to help and all staff could care about was trying to get us to walk over to the counter and pay, annoyed any time we asked a question. I would rather pay twice the amount somewhere else then deal with them. Poor customer service!!
