Initial contact with the store was not good the customer service was very poor, it was as if they were very disinterested. Whilst I was looking at colours an older man came in from out the back and was very rude to the staff I then heard him again out the back talking with someone else loudly swearing, not very possessional. I still had a quoted done but this took a long time the men who put down the carpet were ok just a bit rough. I did have a question and called the store spoke to who I think was the owner and he was very rude really brushed me off and could not be bothered answering my question., which was about how to clean stains.
