We were moving out of our rental place that we'd been in for 6 years - the carpet has been neglected for a long time. It came up amazingly well, I was so impressed! Michael, the technician, was prompt (in fact he was early) and offered an additional tile cleaning service for our outside balcony that was very in need of a good clean.

After a sick child vomited on the rug and ottoman, they were in need of a clean. Michael from Carpet Tech arrived on time at 8am and got to work. The rug and ottoman came up great, like new and we also has them scotch-guarded for future mishaps. We also had two lounge chairs scotch-guarded. Overall, very happy with the service and most importantly my house doesn't smell like baby vomit!

We had a six seater light suede lounge with chaise and ottoman that we purchased pre-kids. It's taken a beating over the last 3 years and we were hopeful but realistic about how clean we could get it. Well Michael restored our lounge!! Communication with Carpet Tech was prompt, easy and reliable. Michael arrived early and got to work and we are so incredibly impressed with the result. Will definitely be using Carpet Tech again. Just amazing!

I was very impressed with how well my old, stained carpet came up after Carpet Tech's treatment. Their over the phone advice was helpful too. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.
