Our technician was on time and did a fantastic job! He was even lovely with my kids showing them what he was doing and why he was cleaning our sofa (read cleaning up stains caused by the kids!) definitely using carpet tech again. Even booking them in was easy, head office are very prompt arranging a time and answering any questions.

Can't recommend these guys enough! Not only are they a pleasure to deal with but they got our 8 year old couch looking brand new again. Will definitely use carpet tech again for anything carpet or upholstery related. Thanks guys!

We had our upstairs carpets cleaned (5 bedrooms, hallway, stairs) plus 3 rugs (2 onsite and 1 offsite for a deeper soaking clean). We were very happy with the results and the professionalism that the team exhibited. Recommend them highly. W3e will use them again in the future.
