I paid a 50% deposit for my carpet and was waiting for there installer to be able to do the job, I waited 4 weeks and he still would not respond to my phone calls so finally I found another carpet layer, when they went to pick up the carpet, carpets by design had sold my carpet, no more in stock, so they had taken my money and sold my carpet, very unprofessional and I would think illegal.

Approximate cost: $1200
