I've been taking my car to Carrera for three years and the service has always been amazing. I always get a phone call to tell me how much work is involved, how much it's going to cost, and when the car is ready to collect. The family run, and it shows, and are always helpful, even if I need help changing a light bulb. Fantastic!

Our experience of Carrera has been very positive. They fixed our Toyotas - Camry and Corolla - up with full service and safety checks plus fixed the front brakes on one of the cars. They are very clean and professional too. The place is so close to Croydon shops and leisure areas that while we waited we had lunch out and also went swimming!

We found Carrera after reading the other review here on WOMOW and were gald we did! They were really personable, great to deal with, they booked us in straight away for a service (for our Nissan X Trail) and were extremely flexible and efficient! Very clean and organised workshop and reasonable rates, all together a very pleasing experience. Also very centrally located near the centre of Croydon.

A clean, well organized front office and workshop. Friendly, efficient staff. Not difficult to make a convenient booking. The staff are reliable, so the job is finished on time. They provide an itemised computer printout listing work carried out and costing. Very easy and honest to deal with. They are good at pinpointing any problems with my car. I once sought a second opinion, and found that Carrera were 100% truthful.
