The property managers have an incredibly low standard of cleanliness.

The condition report read as if the place was cleaned and pristine.

Of course had to add my comments with photos. Unit is infested with cockroaches. Property managers took no action!

Marks, scratches, and large dents everywhere.

Oven was not cleaned.

Shit stains on the toilet.

Pink mould everywhere.

Soap scum on tiles and in the bathroom.

The kitchen was still oily and nothing was wiped down.

DO NOT USE CMCK AT ALL.

BECAREFUL leasing from or using them as your property managers. Your property will either be allowed to be damaged or as a tenant they will sting you for things that were there before you moved in.

I used their service for office rental and found them very knowledgeable (specially about Melbourne CBD) and professional. I definitely recommend them.
