Rang up this morning, I live around the corner, my cat has a rip in her body from her shoulder to her chest, bleeding and in paid. The lady told me they are “too full & too busy” to see my cat who needed urgent care (life and death)
Obviously don’t care at all about animals. Will never be taking my animals to this vet.

Have had nothing but awesome service from this Clinic, I mostly consult with Dr Phillip Barlow and he is a very caring vetinarian, recently my cat got attacked at home by another cat that was allowed to roam. He has now lost vision in an eye, but so far over the last two months we have not had to remove the actual eye itself, a good combination of Dr Barlow's professional advice and our administering medications and care at home.
The empathy from Dr Barlow and the nurses/reception staff has been nothing but top quality.
Many thanks from Puddy and his owner.

I took my dog there and told the vet he was sick and there was something wrong with his eyes and that he just wasn't a happy dog. He told me something along the line of just an allergy. I argued that on numerous visits to the vets it was always an allergy. Approx. two years prior Seaford rd. vets failed to diagnose him with cancer on his limp leg, again being told it was possibly an allergy or strain in his foot. Thankfully I persisted and went somewhere different, who immediately reffered me to a specialist. anyway three months after leaving with my dog from carrum downs vet he was dead. One of the first questions I got when I rushed to carrum downs vet as he was dying was did I not notice his sunken eyes?

Great place to take your dog for a check up and yearly injections. Staff are lovely. Grooming service is great too!

We sue the grooming service here and she is fantastic. Our puppy comes home smelling like roses and looks great. She is a fussy dog and super hard to groom but the groomer her gets around all of that and totally fusses over her.

Approximate cost: $80-$100

Staff friendly and helpful. Freely offered advice when needed. Were very good over the phone. The most important thing though is they looked after my dog as if it was their own baby. Thanks.
