Disgraceful attitude and service. gross incompetence.

Nasty, vindictive, two faced and spiteful. I recommend that you avoid this place at all costs.
I came across a vehicle I was interested in online and drove there on a Wednesday to inspect it. I promised to return that Friday to take it for a drive even offering to make an appointment. I was told that was not required and to just show up. I did the right thing and requested the salesman I saw two days prior who kept me waiting for over an hour whilst he finalised another sale, even promising me just "five more minutes" at the half hour mark. There were many other salesman free whom could have attended to me but I guess he wanted to protect his potential commission....
Then I was told that the car "needed oil" and it would be 5 more minutes as the workshop was just "down the road." Some twenty minutes later I was informed that the oil needed changing and it would be another 20 minutes. When the car was finally made available to me I made it less than a kilometre down the road when the petrol ran out in a dangerous position. After calling them I spent a further 20 minutes on the side of the road, even though I was close to their business. When another worker arrived with a jerry can of fuel, he carelessly spilled petrol on my potential purchase's paintwork and informed me that he would have to drive the test vehicle back and I would be piloting the vehicle he had arrived in. So I spent nearly 3 hours waiting to experience less than a one kilometre test drive of a vehicle I had told them I wanted to test drive 2 days earlier!
The only rationale I have for being treated poorly quite possibly because I was wearing hi-vis and was enquiring after a prestige car and they had passed judgement that I was a tyre kicker, even though I possessed the cash to buy the car immediately. The debacle of attempting a test drive was either gross incompetence, or an act of planned spite given that I had expressed to the salesman my displeasure about being told the "5 more minutes" lie and having to wait 30 minutes before being told that a further wait was required before the car would be ready, which given the circumstances as they played out it certainly was not. Any normal human would face up to their customer after providing such humiliation and tardiness to at least offer an apology but not these guys...
The salesman was called Cameron Turnbull. Avoid this individual at all costs. Avoid this business at all costs.
These are the people that the dodgiest of used car salesman would be ashamed to be associated with.
