I was driving my Brothers car from Perth to Sydney and the Air conditioning was not working. I called several of the local Mechanics in Albany and being 2:30pm on a Friday Afternoon , nearly all of them said sorry can't help you , we will need the car for 24hrs or our aircon guy isnt in etc. One Mechanic suggested I call Car Smart. Greg at Carsmart answered and I explained the problem and he said no worries bring it down and if no major problem , should be fixed in a couple of hrs. He called me about 5pm and said all was fixed and the car was ready to go. Air con was regassed and ice cold. Greg had also fixed the clutch Pedal which was stuck to the floor.Fantastic customer service and a really nice experience for me. A big thanks to Greg and his team at Carsmart Albany. Regards Jeremy
