we bought a house from them recently- and dispute numerous problems with the buyer of our property ( nothing to do with Carters) they bent over backwards to help us. The whole team there are so friendly and helpful- even after they sold us our property-they still keep in touch. They also do holiday lets and we are more than happy for them to manage that for us.
