Disgusting service.. Purchased full set of cartridges in june 2020 $80 which never worked still full.. Our local shop closed down
I've called head office 9 times keep telling me they will sort it but nothing.. Last time I called asked for a WA Representative he said he would sort it still nothing and we are in Feb 2021.. I will never purchase from them again or recommend them..

I ordered tape online and received the wrong tape. I rang Csrtridge World and was told the SKU number was the same as another which is why the mixup. I have emailed 4 times, rung over 10 times and no-one has called me back for 6 weeks.

Recycling black and color ink cartridges for printer. This saves buying new cartridges and saves throwing rubbish in the bin.

brill ant service Ive had no ideas when it comes to changing cartridges i took the whole printer in and they did it for me extremely happy

Freindly Staff, know my name when I go in to get my next lot of cartridges for my printer and mark me down for points, not sure what the points to towards will ask them next time.

I had never considered refilled before but due to $$ I thought I'd try and I'll only refill in future. These guys are fantastic. Helpful and friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with!!

I went to get an ink cartridge refilled and was greeted with a friendly smile (rare these days) and fantastic customer service. It was done while I waited which was only ten minutes and there was appropriate seating available to do so. The information that was given to me regarding the ink refill was great and the prices are excellent too, plus we are helping to save the environment by refilling instead of buying a new cartridge. Jarrod was very helpful with other questions I had also and while I was waiting for another product to be ready offered assistance anytime if needed.
