Bought a toner cartridge - service from company good, but need to use a different courier company who are able to leave "Failed to deliver" card in an appropriate place - have found it floating on our front lawn 12 days later. We were told that we were contacted about failure to deliver, but no messages were received. Thanks to Cartridgestore for immediately sending a replacement when contacted that cartridge had not been received.
