We are in country Victoria, and always receive goods the next day. We only use genuine cartridges and these are at a great price. Also no gimmicks like other companies.

We called to seek advice about using genuine brother toner versus compatible toner for our black and white brother printer. The advice we received was helpful and we felt confident that the compatible toner would be suitable for our high volume printing needs. We placed an online order on Monday at midday and the toner arrived next morning around 10am (Gold Coast). The quality of the Q-Image TN-2250 black toner is as good as the genuine brother toner. We're very happy and we will be a repeat customer!

We found that they had the best price for the toner we use. Our online account saves a list of our previous orders so we can simply click reorder instead of having to constantly search through the site to find the products we use the most. After paying for the order online, we have always recieved our items proptly the next business day (Sydney Metro). CS also sent an follow up email with each order to ensure our products arrived to our expectation.
