Definitely a must visit when visiting Hobart! Did the brewery tour which was followed by 4 free drinks at the bar. Extremely generous & great staff/ tour guide. Didn't eat there but would love to go back for the food as it looked great, also the scenery is stunning
these guys are a schmick operation- visitors centre, tours of the brewery and very generous tastings. Its a pricey tour but worth it if you're interested
