Feel money offered when pawning is not fair enough, as when viewing other products similar or same as your product are sell them at seemingly much higher prices than offered to you. Feel quick turnaround loans should be allowed, ie: a couple of days and not a minimum of one week, without penalty. Feel this outlet is OK if one has no other option but loan rate is very high.
