Really great service, Mark and Scott worked efficiently, professionally and all with a wonderful nature. I would highly recommend Casotti, they were the quickest to come out to our emergency and considering the work involved (they literally had to dig up the bricks in our garden and dig deep into the ground) were reasonably priced. In addition when relaying the bricks, the patio looked better than before! Lovely boys who are a credit to the company! Thank you.

The Casotti plumber (Mark) came on time. Worked quietly, efficiently and left no mess. Mark carried out his work in a friendly and professional manner. Reasonably priced, I would recommend them to friends and family.

The shower drain was effectively and quickly unblocked. A leaking toilet was reasonably quoted and fixed. A fast friendly service.

Leaking washing machine sorted and new shower head fitted in half an hour. Fast friendly efficient service.

I had the Casotti service team work on a bathroom renovation . The work involved: Bath install, vanity cabinet and basin install, relocating water pipes, fitting off taps, pre-laying pvc drains and gully and connection to existing earthenware property sewer.

Also some external plumbing maintenance dealing with old rusted drains. This involved adapting to existing pipes, neatly cutting concrete and installing new pvc drains and relief gully.

It was really helpful to be able to discuss the job beforehand with the head plumber and to be able to identify issues that may crop up for future trades. I look forward to engaging Casotti on the next renovation project.
