Cassidy's have very friendly staff, excellent service, you are always offered hot/cold beverages and timtams. It seems like they care about keeping uptodate with hairdressing techniques. The product that they use for colouring seems gentle on my hair compared with other places Ive been to. Often willing to fit me in on short notice. Ive been going there for about 5 years. I usually don't go on sat or thur nite, because its a bit busy and it will take longer to get cut and foils which is what I normally get.

My hair looked good but the service was poor and I felt like I was pressured to talk. I just needed a hair cut and they just told me how bad my hair was and they kept leaving me alone.
