Tired of chasing them for a quote. Spoke to them 3 times and they took my number saying someone will call me back.
Must be nice to be making that much money you can't be bothered calling back !!!!

Once the job was completed it was to a satisfactory level. It took them a long time to complete the hand rail. They would complete a small part and return several weeks later to complete some more. This went on and was finally completed about 3 to 4 months after it started.
