The doctor was helpful. The reception were not helpful as they did not explain the billing system correctly. We were told to pay the extra fee for the doctor service and then handed it some paper work to make a claim from Medicare and we were told this would be our fee to claim back from Medicare. The claimed money was for the doctor, not me. They should not of told us it was to claim our money back.

The medical centre is open late 7 days a week. The doctors are generally good when I have gone there. Generally is easy to see a doctor and usually there is no long wait.
