Waited 2 weeks for an appointment with Caxton Legal to solve a simple unpaid wages case. They were aware of my situation when i called them up to book my appointment as you have to describe the reason for requiring assistance. After filling out all of the documents and waiting for 30 minutes i finally got to see someone, only to sit down and be told that they could not help me. When i asked why i was simply told "there was a conflict in the system and for privacy reasons that is all i can tell you' I then questioned how can it be private if it relates to me - and that i needed to know so this doesn't happen to me again when i go somewhere else. All that they could say was that it is private.
