I love Cello. Have been a customer for 5 years and never had a bad experience, in fact they are the best salon I have used in 20 years of colouring my hair. I stupidly went somewhere else recently and had to head straight back to Cello to get them to fix the awful colour and damage to my hair. Can't fault Cello at all.

Firstly the staff are great and if you don't like on, no problem you ca change the nexttime and no-one blinks and eye lid. The store is set up every friendly with colour in one area and the cut in another. You get serve every quickly and alwways get asked if you want a coffee, drink or even order a lunch from across the road. they confirm your booking a day before and you can cancel if you like.

have had quite poor experiences with these guys, they seem to have hundreds of staff running around, but not much in the way of customer service. They stuffed my booking, half did my hair and, even though the mistake was theirs, they refused to finish the job. I had to go to another salon to get it finished! VERY POOR
