Great range of Gym memberships. Great vibe as there are many regular gym junkies to chat with before after and during the session. Great Vibe Great Range Great place!

I have been a regular at this gym for the last 9 years. The gym membership allows use of the 50m pool, fully equipped gym and fitness classes. The fitness rooms are in great locations, one overlooks the pool and the other is in a basement "dungeon" with a porthole that allows you to look at swimmers from below the water line. The equipment has recently been upgraded. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. This is a well-run, no-fuss gym with no pushy staff. I would highly recommend this to anyone and especially to working people in Spring Hill.
