Ashley attended and quoted our move required 2 loads but he was good value. However had to leave some items with neighbour as they wouldn’t fit on truck. Move was booked for Monday but Ashley contacted me on Friday afternoon and stated he was having trouble getting staff and needs to charge an extra $400 for the move. The person assisting was slow and lazy. My wife and I had to help unload the truck as it was dark. Move was Ballarat to Warragul. The $ 400 extra was wrong and left us with no choice but to pay it as it was effectively day before the move we couldn’t get anyone else. They were rough on furniture. Wouldn’t recommend.
