Dr Fred Ho is an orthopaedic surgeon. In 2002, I broke and dislocated my ankle whilst down in Canberra and surgery was needed in order to repair the break. I spent quite a while in a cast, and on return to Sydney, I was referred to Dr Ho.

In 2007, I dislocated my knee during a game of softball and was again referred to Dr Ho.

On both occasions he has been extremely helpful in assisting me in understanding how the muscles and joints worked, and given my injuries, what I should be aware of. He would draw diagrams and also explain things in terms I was able to easily understand.
