After to experiencing great difficulty in contacting a Senior member of staff I spoke with Kelly - Office Manager who had Simon Choi contact me immediately. Kelly and Simon were absolutely wonderful to deal with and responded instantly. What was possibly a brain tumor has now been downgraded to an ear infection (at this point in time). If I had not made contact with Kelly I would be BAD MOUTHING this place but Sam's behind is saved by the quality of his back up support.
