meditation course approx nine months ago. After attending the introductory course I knew I had found what I was looking for many years. I still attend
every week to listen to this amazing teacher and to be amongst people who share similar views and ideologies.

I highly recommend this introductory course. The blend of meditation practice with spiritual/philosophical discussions were a great way to start learning how to quiet the mind and the reasons why you would seek out that.
The instructior is very knowledgeable, clear and friendly. It's almost like his speech cadence is already preparing your jittering self to the mamoth task (in this modern times) of slowing down and trying to look inward.

I have been interested in meditation for most of my life and in the Centre for Hermetic Wisdom I have found the Path by which we can once again awaken our consciousness & be of use to others in a real & practical way.

I participated in the course during lock down and it has since transformed my life. Highly recommend to anyone seeking spiritual growth and a deeper meditation practice. Amazing facilitators and welcoming group environment.

I took part in the last course in late 2022. It was really well presented - Found the balance between information in the talks and the step-by-step introduction to meditation really helpful.

This course seemed to come along at the exact right time in my life. I learned so much about mediation, mantra, self awareness and reflection. Having a teacher is essential for a good meditation practice and I cannot recommend Jacky and Adam enough.
