Just the thought of having to contact centrelink gives me the horrors, not only are you left on hold, sometimes for an hour, when you finally get to speak to somebody, you're no better off because 9 times out of 10 they don't know the answer, or you get transferred around to a bunch of other people that don't know the answer. No customer relations intelligence at all and very rude.
