I was very dissappointed by this service (for rentals). I rented a property thru them and my rent bond was not lodged till 10 months after i signed the lease, the initial property inspection and report was never performed by them prior to me moving in and i can never get a hold of them. They even tried to persuade my landlord to increase my rent by $40 a week even though my landlord told them he only wanted to increase it by $20 a week.
POOR SERVICE, not professional at all.
