When we first applied for a property, they did not process our application in the time that they said they would (their paperwork says 48 hours- they took 5 days). They also never called us as they promised during the wait, as we had to continually go to the office itself to speak with anyone. During our tenancy, the turn around on even a response to a work order request was a minimum of about 3 days each time. And any work that was actually done took longer than that. There were also elements, like our oven knobs, that had problems that were never dealt with throughout our tenancy. We only heard from them maybe twice throughout the course of our lease, until we turned in a letter stating that we were intending to vacate at the end of our lease. We turned that in 2 month before the end of our lease and were hounded with daily emails and text messages until we also returned a specific move out form that they require, even though that form wasn't actually due to them until 2 weeks before move out. Upon move out, the process of inspection, re-inspection, etc. took two weeks because everything was done "after hours" making it so that she didn't have to have us with her during inspection as we requested and had a right to. Then when she would message us with her findings at the very end of the business day and we would attempt to call her back, she would not answer any calls or messages. Then she would message that she would get back to us "the next day" or "once the weekend is over". She charged us an outrageous amount (over $240) for repainting a small spot of wear to one wall in the master bedroom. Basically, we found the office staff unable to help with much (when we called in to ask questions or find the person who was looking after us, they never were able to answer where they were, when they'd be in the office, or what we could do), and we found our lady very dodgy (working after hours when we'd requested to be present then not returning calls and delaying everything because we needed to wait on the "next business hours"). We would NEVER recommend this office to anyone.

I rented in Kirwan some time ago. The management of this rental home was handled by one of their property managers. She was snotty, condescending during the entire term of tenancy and I had a huge problem retrieving my bond even though I had enlisted bond cleaners. Even the bond cleaners around Townsville talk about refusing to take on a property if she is the managing agent. She is absolutely impossible to deal with, all lovely and smiling when you are about to sign the lease, and shrill in tone with various threats about inconsequential matters. I am a landlord myself but would never dream of treating a tenant in this way, I am utterly surprised she can keep up her act unchallenged and disgusted with the agency for allowing her to treat their clientele in this way.
I am certain she banks on that people give up on their bond as it is too much of a hassle to fight through the Tribunal. True wolf in piglet's clothing.....

They are a very good company who are friendly and proffessional. There properties are well cared for and good value for money. I have never had a bad experience renting through Century 21 Aaron Moon Realty. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

First we rented from this real estate and they were fantastic very good with communication and prompt with repairs, then we puchased a house from them and the service was still great - we will be re-selling the house soon and will definatley use them - wonderful staff - great management
