Where do I even start, OMG...rude, vindictive, unafair, lying, deceptive and zero human compassion.

When I asked one of their agents named Michelle Dumat to negotiate on my behalf a smaller increase in rent, instead of that she smirked at me and told me that it was her idea and not the owner's to increase the rent to keep up with the rental price of their other similar properties, I was SHOCKED....to make it even worse the very next day she told me that the lease will not be renewed and that I should be looking for another place.

For the love of GOD, stay away from this agency, I have been with them for the last 5 years and I had nothing but trouble and regret, I had a tree fall during the storms in my backyard and they refused to remove it!!, told me to do it myself, so it has been blocking my backyard for the last 8 months!!!!!

Folks, do not rent anything from these people, they do not care about you and they will not help you.

You have been WARNED.

Michelle Dunat has been very helpful for the last 11 years in finding us the best tenants and is very professional, as are the whole team. They were very helpful when it came to auctioning my mother's home and obtained a very good result. Thank you Team.

Found a rental through these guys. Property manager is friendly and helpful, can be a little slow to act on requests.
