Don't return text or voice message, even when in the office.
Don't send property reports to landlords.
Don't 'manage' repairs, etc as a 'property manager' should, that's what you pay them for, and the land lord has to.
Over exaggerate circumstances.
6 Property managers in 24 months and all promise the world and deliver nothing after the 1st month, but supposedly all good reason why but no noted or instructions passed on to any.
They forget the the 'landlord' pays for their wages and not the tenants.
Never check retic as 'all systems are different and how are we to learn them all to know what to do' so we the landlord pays for ALL destroyed sprinklers even they they were replaced when tenants moved, have animal teeth marks on them and drive by photos from the landlord of the tenants parked on top of the sprinklers on the front lawn.
No concept how a bore works or where the water is used for.
I could go on and on and on ......

If I could rate this outfit with 0 stars I would! Unprofessional is an understatement from the top right down to the frontline staff. Avoid at all costs!

WORST ever property manager i ever dealt with.
they lost the landlord's keys,
they did not follow up with the condition report.
they did not arranged repair works although it has been instructed by the landlord
AND, they drove the tenant to move out from the property!!!
