Have ordered pizzas from this place a few times. Nice pizza, but the service is terrible!
Our recent order was completely messed up (did not receive the toppings we had ordered) and one pizza was burnt.
Called the store to complain and ask for a replacement and I was treated like utter crap and told we have to pay for a replacement even though it was their mistake.. Very rude and nasty customer service. That's what happens when you have teenagers that don't care about customers run your store!
Will not be back!!
Recently had takeaway pizza and lasagne here after moving to the area, pizza was quite nice, lots of topping and fresh. I opened up the lasagne packet and it was swimming in grease, way too much cheese...so much it just tasted salty.

These pizzas are amazing!!!!!! Fresh ingredients, beautiful sauce and a great selection of toppings to choose from. Their srvice is a bit rubbish though. Delivery from Moana to our house (5 mins drive) took 2 and a quarter hours! No apology, very gruff on the phone. Lucky it was good pizza, but actually havent been back since.

... had once ordered a Mexican. Got it home ... it was literally covered in dry chili!!! I'm talking SHOVELED ON! I might as well have eaten dry chili out of a jar with a spoon! There was nothing else visible on the pizza it was DROWNING in red, hot chili flakes!
I took it back, and they tried to convince me that it's a popular order. I'm sure it is ... if not for the volcanic chili festival on it!
Honestly, there were small mountains of chili all over the pizza ... I would quite easily hazard a guess ... at least 5 TABLESPOONS!!! OMG! What a bunch of idiots!
I was clearly in shock … and neither of the idiots who gathered around to warm their hands on the volcanic eruption that was my pizza offered me a refund. At this point … I was too frightened to ask for my money back … so simply ordered a replacement … and stood close by to ensure no one got the pleasure of spitting on it …
These guys were nasty nasty nasty!!!!!
