This firm actually wanted my business and treated me accordingly. My call was returned immediately and after discussing the problem we arranged a suitable time for him to do the job. CGC turned up on the day and time we had agreed which made me feel my business was important to them. I appreciated the professionalism in which this work was carried out and I particularly liked that Callam took off his boots before entering my home. Once he checked what the job entailed I was pleased to see had all the bits and pieces needed to complete it. While this was a relatively small job, I appreciated being told that the charge rate included a particular period of time and I was asked if there were any other things I would like checked. To me this showed him to be an honest tradesman who gave me value for money. The standard of workmanship was high and I was extremely pleased with the work performed.
