I would not recommend leasing a property from this company. Their customer service in regards to tenants is extremely poor. We decided to leave the property we were renting through Chadwick's solely due to lack of customer service and the attitude of management when we brought our ongoing concerns to their attention. At the end of our tenancy we used their recommended cleaner and carpet cleaner. One of these businesses asked for cash in advance to clean the property and when asked for a receipt informed us he would need to charge GST if he issued one! This did not surprise me as Chadwick Real Estate was very unprofessional on many occasions during our tenancy. We are very pleased we moved and are now dealing with a professional property manager and management company, once again.
