Unfortunately I have never received good customer service and after 3 strikes you are out permanently. First visit lady assistant eventually called out from down the back asking if I needed help. I did and I purchased.
Second visit couldn’t get anybody to help me, third visit all attention was on the only other customer and I was not even acknowledged. Whilst in store being ignored I went on line to Myer and purchased same items I left on your counter and because I spent significantly with Myer delivery was free. You need to have a reality check on your customer service as everyone who walks in has potential to spend big.
