I dined here for a family celebration dinner and it was a great experience. Their reputation for doing an amazing steak is well deserved but my favourite item on their menu is actually the deep fried camembert cheese, crispy outside and delicious gooey middle, incredible food!

We had a lovely dinner here last Saturday night. It was not too crowded when we arrived and the staff were very welcoming. Our drinks arrived shortly after ordering and the mains didn't take too long either. The steaks were cooked perfectly, the vegetables were hot and fresh and the jacket potato was amazing!

A little on the pricey side however at a lot of other places you only get the steak and have to pay for the sides as extra. At Charcoal it is all included in the one price listed.

Would be happy to go back again.

We dined at the Charcoal Grill Restaurant on the night of Skyfire to have a great steak and watch the fireworks display from the front booth. The Porterhouse steak and Filet steak with cooked vegetables on one plate for two were each delicous. We followed with two great desserts of apple pie and strawberry crepes. The chefs could be watched cooking our meal. We liked the thatched ceiling and large mirrors as the decor evoked a theme of Hawaii and Elvis Presley. We noticed that the carpeted floor made the restuarant much quieter than some eateries.

Lovely place for a good feed. Lovely atmosphere, good food ,decent prices for what was offered. good service easy to deal with.

Amazing steak! Cooked to perfection, I had no idea that meat could taste this good. The service is very personable, and quick considering the time that is required to cook the meat. The decor is quite dark, with carpet up half the wall, but the food redeems everything. I reserve this place for special occasions (lunch for 2 cost me $80) but it really was worth the expense.
