A very elegant, yet cosy restaurant.
Walking in, you feel like you are entering a someone's home for a dinner party.
The menu is inspired by native Australian ingredients.
I was there for a function, and they brought out very elegant items such as smoked salmon on buckwheat blini with horseradish cream & caviar, and native spiced vegetable soup (served in an espresso cup).
Attendance by staff was faultless and very warm. They are attentive without being noticeable & distracting - in that sense, you don't notice/feel like they are there until you realise that you need something and by then they have already pre-empted you.

this is bush tucker with a twist. the food is amazing and certainly not something you would cook by a camp fire. it was established to aid the aboriginal youth with work experience, although not that you can tell! a shame it has to be so pricey otherwise i would go more often.

Approximate cost: $30
