Working in west end is pretty good but i work long hours so i needed to find all the to dos in west end so i went to 2 different salons and i will not say their name as that's not me but they were over priced and not welcoming but when i walked in to see a young lady with funky blue hair, she smiled and was so nice so i thought why not try this place. It was only knew and the salon was big and bright so welcoming, than the stylist come over she was very nice and introduced herself as Teagan so we discussed many Styles than we decided to do a colour as she had so many ideas. Loved how they quoted you first, so i now know what the bill will be at the end, it was a good price to.Anyway i could go on about how i LOVED every minute of this, So what i am trying to say go in try this salon you will be so happy as these ladies know what they are talking about and really know hair too. Very happy Client as i even rebooked to Thanks Jenny ;-)

Was a bit nervous at first ( to try someone new) but I'm so glad I did. Not only tells u Charly if she thinks, the colour might be a bit too dark for my skin tone..THANK GOD SHE DID!!! Instead we used some soft lowlights and I never loved my hair so much. She also LISTENS and only takes off the dead ends ( and not 4-5 cm like some other salons)..very very happy with my new hairdresser! ( I'm quite pleased that my previous hairstylist double booked me and I gave Charly a try

I have been going to Charlie well over a year now and absolutely love the service she and her team provided each time. She has created a really warm environment inside her beautiful salon at West End. I have gone in with one idea in mind and she seems to take that idea and makes it better each time. Recently she asked what I wanted, my response was a bit of red. Then she showed me another way of doing red through putting violet throughout my hair also. It has turned out just amazing and I have received so many complements. If you are looking for a change or have an idea but not sure about it, I would highly recommend talking to the Charlie and her team.

okay so i am a edge kinda guy love different looks all the time so finding someone who can play with my hair as its so straight and fine. BOOM i found Charlie'z salon even got a beer plus a massage. Now bring on the weekends... TIME TO SHINE

The most AMAZING hairdresser i have ever found! Recently moved to West End QLD and walked in for an appointment which resulted in the best hairdressing experience i have had to date. Complimentary beverages (including alcoholic beverages), massage chair, music for the soul and good therapeutic conversation! I got more than i paid for :)

I have come here maybe five times now, (only for the cuts, never had them do color...yet) The first time I came it was just a matter of finding the closest decently reviewed place for a trim. I'm the kind of person who procrastinates haircuts for many months and then makes last min appointments in a fit of loathing when my split ends are screaming to be put out of their misery. Thankfully, the stylists here all know how to do a trim or a cut for someone like me who does not want a razor within twenty feet of her. Then they give me a dreamy blowout and I walk out looking damn good! Calls are answered promptly. last minute appointments are always available, they are always accommodating, nonjudgmental, accessible and friendly. And yes they do take credit cards. There are a lot of great personalities packed into the small space. Ive grown quite fond of them. It feels like a bubbly sitcom and I mean that in the best way possible! But the haircuts they give me are thankfully neither bubbly nor sitcomish, just silky and natural. I've seen Charlie almost every time. She does a great job on my hair. I saw her apprentice last time and she was fantastic as well, a bodacious force to be reckoned with. I was nervous to see someone other than Charlie but she really "got in the zone," with her assessment of my hair and her expertise was quickly apparent. Like Charlie, she gets it. She works quickly but with fierce attention to detail, she takes pride in her work and she holds herself to a high standard. Yay for a salon that understands my needs: they get that I do not want to look like Jennifer Aniston cut circa 1995 (I cant tell you how many times that cut was forced on me against my will at other salons when all i wanted was a trim!). They understand ! They just make me look like myself. But better.

Great service with a fresh relaxing vibe and the complimentary drink helped the overall "feeling fabulous" mood kick in. The price is around the average mark with what you expect to pay - (cheaper them some). The salon is clean, open and has a flow about it that you feel like you are in professional hands. Overall, I would recommend this salon to anybody wanting a more chiq experience.
