Booked and paid deposit. Organised dates via email in writing only to be told upon calling to confirm that we didn't actually make a booking and then they wanted to try and deliver our furniture on 30th February instead because they couldn't honour original booking, which date doesn't exist. Would not refund our deposit because we apparently "changed our minds" by being forced to get another removalist at short notice. They also sent us emails which were copied and pasted with the same information from the day before. We did get an apology, but no refund! Very unprofessional. Go elsewhere

We had such a great experience with Charm removals – from the customer service from our date of enquiry all the way through to offloading at our new home the service has been exceptional. Charm staff are friendly, professional and really very good at what they do. The office team are super-efficient and friendly and impressively available, nothing is too much hassle. The mover team were pro’s – serious furniture tetris experts, who were such friendly and trustworthy dudes. We were kept up to date with arrivals and delivery times, I couldn’t fault the service and highly recommend Charm to anyone moving homes, especially interstate – they take the stress out of moving

Charm Removalspacked and relocated our 4 bedroom home from Brisbane to Rockhampton. Their customer service team were amazing to deal with and made our move stress-free. Their team showed up right on time, and all of our furniture and items were packed very well and with the up-most care. We did not have a single broken item which is amazing considering the amount of breakable items we had. When they unpacked into our new home, the guys were so helpful in moving the furniture to the right areas of the house and assembling everything for us.

Great experience overall, would 100% recommend Charm Removals to any of our friends and family.
