I took my car in for a clutch change, was told I also needed a service and brake pad replacement, to which I agreed. I was then told two days later that I needed to return my car (having just spent $1500) so they could "look at a few more things". Again, I did, and not only did the mechanic smash my side mirror when they were reversing the car, it was returned to me in worse condition that when I left it. It was now making a rattling noise when I drove it. Again, I returned to the mechanic and was told that I needed to pay a further $225 for coils and belts that were changed (despite the belts all being checked in the initial service two days earlier). Upon further inspection by another mechanic, I was advised that not only was there no oil in the car (after receiving an itemised invoice advising that 5.5Lt oil were added to the car which has a maximum capacity of 4.3Lt) but the belts and coil were old, and were never changed as advised and invoiced for. Now when I try to contact the mechanic for clarification and a refund for work that was clearly not carried out, I receive absolutely no response. I am beyond angry, even more so that they will continue to pull this on other unsuspecting customers. They give mechanics, and human beings in general, a bad name. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
