The store accepted my entertainment book of buy one get one free and was being courteous to me even if I'm saving some money. The problem was they took so long to make the drink and I had a train to catch! Would recommend if you aren't in a rush...

I love the pearl milk teas they make at Chatime. I like the fact that you can chose less ice and less sugar, and they have so many flavours to choose from. My son has become an addict too! We dont live close to any of the stores though, so can only get them when we visit the area.

I had a voucher of pay for the 2nd drink for just $1. however the staff there refused to let me use it. This is not the first time, I remember last time they even say NO when I want to get the free birthday drink, they always make up an excuse to send 'not' full fare customer away.
