This company came to me by mistake. Check out my review under Silverstar cleaning.
I told the tech that I was expecting Silverstar cleaning. I thought maybe Silverstar gave them the lead. I showed the tech the flyer and price I was qoted. He took the flyer and called his manager. He came back in and said he was unsure and that the office had given him the job. At completion of the job I called the office to find out how they got my details and to query the price difference. The office lady was very abusive, called me a liar told me she had personally spoken to me that morning and booked the job. Very weird.
I didn't want to pay them until I found out how they acquired my details. The women ended up hanging up on me.

The tech was nice as the poor thing was caught in the middle.

Very bad customer service. I would never recommend this company. Even the manager was rude and only interested in getting his money. After I spoke to him and tried to work out what had happened I called the office back to get more info on how they got my booking. The woman said (Oh so that's your story)

The company has threatned legal action if I post a bad review.

We had one small bedroom steam cleaned. The carpet came up better than we expected it to as it was old and stained so we were happy with the result. Unfortunately the service guy would not listen to what we wanted and was only interested in trying to get us to have more rooms done with the most expensive cleaning solution. We also paid around $90 for a certain amount of square feet and although the small bedroom came up well under that amount, when we suggested the cleaner do half of the hallway for us to make up the square feet, he talked us out of it saying it was a waste of time.

we got all the rooms done was very expensive , and the final result was not what was promised some area looked like the hadnt even been cleaned and stains were no removed that we were told would .

Had the carpets steam cleaned in rental property. Booking person was friendly and helpful. Carpets cleaned well, considering the age. All done in a timely and efficient manner.

I have had Cheap as Chips clean 2 of my rental property carpets and both times they were great. 2 different guys came out, they were both prompt, lovely gentlemen who took their job very seriously. Both of them removed stains from the carpets that had been there for a very long time and it took no time at all!

Had them around to clean my carpets in a rental house I was living in. The guy managed to get out some stains that we thought would never come out and was a really nice guy to deal with. The white carpet looked great after he left.
