great venue for a range of things, we wanted to sit outside for dinner but had to sit in bistro as the no smoking laws prevented us from eating out there. lovely food - it came all together and all well cooked.

Attended the sports bar with the family to watch a couple of football games on Saturday. Part of the family was watching the Hawks vs Melbourne game which was an early start.. 1.10 I believe. And I was watching on the adjacent screen the blues vs lions game at 2.10. Everything was going well enjoying both games after a feed and a couple of beveridges. Between the 4 family members, we would've spent close to $100 dollars in there. I was disappointed when I was approached at about 3.30 pm and told my 11 and 15 year old children weren't allowed in the venue past 4pm. We weren't the only family in the venue and another family was told the same thing. Apparently some new rule that has been bought in recently. Now, all children in the venue were seated and quiet. They weren't running around. They weren't disruptive....and has never been a problem in the past. It has always been a comfortable family environment. As I said. I wasn't impressed and I won't be going back there and spending any money there again.... The staff told me to complain to management. To write an email.... Instead of letting it fall on deaf ears...I'd rather let young families know that this is not a child friendly venue... Even though they have a well equiped bistro and play room on the same premise. As the clock approached 4pm.... We were again reminded to vacate!!! A pity we couldn't get to enjoy the last quarter.... A real downer from what was once a friendly environment!

Place was quite empty and food came out quickly but wasn't great considering I payed $27 for a chicken Parma with chips and salad! Staff were nice but a bit pushy on kicking us out!

came here for my brothers birthday,the food was terrible waited over 45 minutes to be served....i ordered a snitzel and gravy and it was all chewy and the gravy was watery ,wont go back again thats for sure

I visit to venue to celebrate my brother's birthday. There were only 5 of us dining and it took just under an hour to serve our meals. I had ordered the Chicken Parmagiana with chips and Salad which didn't take great. For a $27 main meal, I would have expected a chicken breast schnitzel (it was a cheap processed one) and the salad wasn't fresh. No body else was really happy with their meal and although staff were pleasant they really didnt seem to care about our dining experience or the feedback that was left regarding our meals.

Slow service, despite being almost empty, and very average food. Great kid's playground which is the best thing about the place. They need to life their game.

This place is amazing! its huge! It is also child friendly which I love! The food was ok but not the best... Staff were wonderful. It could be a bit cleaner and it can get quite noisy at times!

Three of us went here for lunch. Outside temperature was 16 and inside not much better! Staff were friendly. Meals took longer than expected (considering there was hardly anyone there). When they arrived, two were virtually cold (Roast of the Day - Lamb - which was more like mutton). Parma was acceptable, and at least it was hot. Will never go here again and would not recommend.

Went here for a kids party, where the kids played on the playground or fought over the video games in the room (with few parents actually watching their kids, having a beverage instead).
When food time came, it was a chip lunch (the veggo option), with softdrink and cake.
I would not go there of my own accord.

Friendly and fast service, kids had a ball and had just a pleasant dining experience. Would definately visit again.
